It’s school time for kids and both Adam and Josh are experiencing this for the first time. The babies they once had that sparked conversations around diapers, burp cloths, and teething are now grown up! Well they’re not all grown up but certainly enough to be starting school! So we use the word “school” lightly, as all 3 of the Late Night Parent kids are actually in “pre-school”.
No matter how you slice it, it’s still a huge transition for both of the LNP families. Adam talks about the politics and research involved in getting your child prepared for school in the New York school system. Josh takes us through the emotional struggle for parents dropping their kids off for their first day of school.
