Legendary Pictures’ MonsterVerse is returning sooner than we thought, as Godzilla vs Kong has landed a new, earlier release date.
Originally set for a simultaneous premiere in select cinemas and on HBO Max this May, Deadline reports that the two towering Titans will now do battle on Friday, March 26 instead.
The movie will still be released in theatres and on HBO Max simultaneously, but we’ll be seeing it earlier than expected.
Meanwhile, just over a year ago it was revealed that the movie may also feature MechaGodzilla, another one of Toho’s iconic creatures.
The excitement can now truly begin.
