Schwinnnnnnn!

Schwinn for the Win!

When you think of bicycles, you think of Schwinn. Am I right or am I right?

My very first bike was a Schwinn Predator! It. Was. Awesome. It was right after my parents bought me my first bike that I became convinced that I would be a professional BMX biker. Three root canals and corrective dental surgery operations later I settled for BMX enthusiast.

Schwinn is an American Classic! Don’t get hung up on that word ‘classic’ as some of it’s newest bikes available on the market are uber sweet. Have you seen Schwinn lately? I think the best way to describe Schwinn’s 2011/2012 offerings is to say that they are retro chic.

Check out my newest bike (click here!), it’s a Schwinn Network from their 2011 Urban collection. It’s built with city living in mind.

I’m a new father in NYC and I use my Schwinn to zip to and from the nearest bodega to pick up anything from baby formula to a nice deli sandwich and everything in-between.

We're thinking he'll be an engineer?

My newborn has taken a liking to my Schwinn Network. He regularly inspects my bike to ensure that it’s in peak condition prior to my trips to the local bodega.

If you haven’t looked lately take a look now at some of the wicked cool Schwinn offerings. Schwinn has a bike for your lifestyle whether you’re a beach comber, mountaineer, road biker, urban explorer, you name it! Check out Schwinn’s offerings today!

My first bike was a Schwinn Continental! I have such great memories of the absolute freedom that bike gave me to roam the city, back in the day when parents would let their kids roam!
