The Slide Effect Featured on ABC 7’s “Gym in a Box” Segment

Los Angeles, CA, August 5, 2013 – The Slide Effect, an all in one, compact workout system designed to give you a full workout in 15 minutes, was featured ABC 7’s August 1 segment “Gym in a Box Takes Fitness On The Go.” The segment features products that offer effective and portable fitness, one of which is The Slide Effect.

Creator Brandon Larcom spoke with Food and Fitness Reporter Lori Corbin about his innovative product, highlighting on his trademarked concept Max Quad Training. “Max Quad Training is the science of being able to tone, stretch, doing cardio and building, all simultaneously,” Larcom explained.

Corbin described The Slide Effect as one of the tools that “give you the ability to stretch, strengthen, and get your cardiovascular fitness in, all in a compact, reasonably affordable piece of equipment.”

    with the articles of clothing that they already have at home.
    Your example will teach them basic cleaning skills that they can rely on later in life.
