Producer and Host Philip Bell along with co-host Mike Woulfe endorse Gabi’s weight loss methods. “It’s a real common sense approach that not only focuses on weight loss, but lifestyle change.” states Woulfe.

Following a traumatic near death experience, Gabi Rose made a conscious decision to reclaim her life from obesity and become a positive role model for her husband and four young children.  Gabi’s discipline, dedication and determination empowered her to be successful in her endeavor and she lost a dramatic 168 pounds!  Proper nutritional counseling and exercise helped Gabi make a total lifestyle change for herself and the rest of her family.  Gabi’s hard work and effort truly paid off when her dress size dropped from a hefty size 24 to a slender size 2.  Today, she shares her knowledge and experience about weight loss success with everyone that will listen.

Gabi has inspired millions of people to make an investment in their lives by getting healthy.  Through all her years fighting the obesity epidemic Gabi has always believed, “The training of the body begins with the mind” and is very excited to spread awareness on WINZ.
