On Friday, New York determined the HSS Training Center, the Brooklyn Nets’ practice facility, is a private office building, according to The Athletic. That means Kyrie Irving can practice while at home despite his unvaccinated status.

Barclays Center, however, remains another story.

Irving is still not allowed to suit up for games on the Nets’ home court — or at the Garden when facing the Knicks — due to the city’s vaccination mandates.

He has yet to suit up for a preseason game and could miss up to 43 games and be docked pay at $381,000 per absence, if he remains ineligible to play.
