AMC is partnering with the videoconferencing service to turn theaters into giant meeting spaces — the theater chain’s latest attempt to find extra ways of making money.
- Companies will be able to book a three-hour window in multiple locations, with AMC and Zoom providing the equipment to set up “Zoom Rooms” with between 75 and 150 seats.
The announcement was made during Zoom’s user conference this week where the company also revealed an upcoming Zoom feature for Tesla vehicles.
