Once a very popular American pastime, it has begun to dwindle. In 2007, attendance numbers were at 79.5 million compared to the 73.7 million fans present at games in 2014. Citing rising ticket prices and game times, the MLB is struggling to hold on to its fanbase. So how can they stop this decline? It is for this reason that I wanted to see if you would be interested in publishing a visual resource created by Ohio University that examines how technology may help baseball become America’s favorite game once again.
