In case there wasn’t enough incentive to get out of the house on Election Day 2020, fast-food chains are now offering delicious freebies to celebrate the occasion.

Both voters and non-voters alike (because it’s illegal to offer freebies in exchange for votes) are eligible for a variety of discounts and free food starting Nov. 3. McDonald’s, for one, is giving away newly launched bakery items, including apple fritters, blueberry muffins and cinnamon rolls from now until Nov. 9 at participating restaurants, according to NJ.com.

Not to be outdone, Wendy’s is offering a free Classic Chicken Sandwich with any purchase through Nov. 8 to anyone who downloads their mobile app. And Krispy Kreme is making fulfilling one’s civic duty that much sweeter with a free glazed doughnut and a special voting sticker while supplies last Tuesday, USA Today reports.

Don’t fret if you’re up late awaiting the election results. Members of the Dunkin’ Donuts loyalty program can receive a free medium hot or iced coffee on Wednesday for some post-election pick-me-up.

Meanwhile, Subway and other restaurants are commemorating Election Day and National Sandwich Day simultaneously by offering discounts on subs.

Freebie-seekers can find a complete list of participating restaurants by selecting the “Perks” tab in the Grubhub or Seamless apps.

Food purveyors aren’t the only ones providing benefits to ballot casters. Both Uber and Lyft are offering discounted rides to polling stations, while Planet Fitness is giving away a free workout and massage from Nov. 3 through Nov. 8.
