Eleven Sports announced the acquisition of football streaming service MyCujoo, and its award winning MyCujoo Live Services streaming technology.

MyCujoo enables football federations, leagues, clubs and players to showcase their games live to a global audience. In 2019 alone, it streamed over 22,000 matches from 3,500 content creators, reaching more than 26 million unique users around the world.

Eleven Sports said it intends to fold MyCujoo into its global platform, and will use the company’s tech stack to power its new global platform due to launch fully in 2021.

MyCujoo’s Live Services (MCLS) unit will remain a separate entity within the Eleven Group. It is an end-to-end live streaming service for content creators seeking to stream and unlock the value in their content.

Financial details of the deal have not been released.
