Several months ago, the social media giant launched a subscription-only music streaming service to compete with Spotify, Apple, Amazon, and other major players.

Now, it’s getting into the ticketing space by announcing its “In The Mix” live music event, the first time it’ll sell event tickets to users.

It’s partnering with ticketing technology company Tickets.com to handle the logistics as it looks to take its first shot at the ticket market since its small-market test in 2019.
